How old do you have to be to participate?

Guests must be 16 years of age or older. All minors (persons under the age of 18 at the time of the event) must be accompanied by an adult and have parental consent to attend. Panic Mountain will not provide supervision for minors.

Should I bring food?

We ask that you DO NOT bring any food with you. We are in a remote mountain location and having food in the cabins can attract unwanted wildlife.

Should I bring water?

Water will be provided. There will be water stations around the facility.

Can I bring alcohol?

No. For the safety of all participants and staff, alcohol will be available for purchase at the after party ONLY. DO NOT bring your own or arrive intoxicated. Due to the physical nature of the challenges you will be facing, we reserve the right to stop your participation in the challenges for your own safety and the safety of others if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. If you can't complete the challenges because of being under the influence of alcohol or any other substance you will not receive a refund.

What is your policy on illegal substances?

We have a no-tolerance policy for illegal substances of any kind. If you are found to be in possession or under the influence of any illegal substance while on the property you will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund, and the local authorities will be notified.

Should I bring any survival gear or weapons?

No. All necessary gear will be provided. Firearms and weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are prohibited. Your bags may be searched on arrival and any weapons will be confiscated. We recommend not bringing any valuable personal items through the challenges with you, as low lighting and rough terrain will make it difficult to recover anything dropped.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, no refunds will be offered. Please contact us if you need to change your date (availability may be limited and is not guaranteed) or transfer tickets to someone else.

Will there be parking available?

Parking is available on site. Parking is $10 per vehicle, or free if 2 or more ticket holders carpool.You will be directed at the gate. Please carpool if possible!

How much does the zip-line cost?

$40 dollars. This is an added feature and can be purchased separately on EventBrite when you purchase your entry ticket.

What do we do if a zombie is trying to attack us?

Stay with your group and be aware of your surroundings. If you listen to the instructions given by the team leader you will not have to worry about being touched by a zombie.

How will paintball work? Do we need to bring our own gear?

Paintball will take place in a designated and controlled arena with expert instruction. You will be explained your objective upon arrival to the challenge. All gear, including paintball guns, paintballs, Co2 and protective gear, will be provided.

Will the accommodations have safes?

No. The accommodations are unlocked shared cabins. We recommend leaving your valuables at home, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What are the cabins like?

Cabins have solid wood built-in bunks, bathroom and shower facilities, radiant floor heating and some shelf storage. You must bring a pillow and sleeping bag or linens for a twin sized bed.

What is the food like?

The food is fresh, chef-prepared on site. Please inform us when booking if you are vegetarian or gluten-free.

What will the weather be like?

We are at an altitude of 6,300 feet and typically the temperature on the mountain is 10 - 15 degrees below that of Los Angeles and San Bernardino. Please check http://www.noaa.gov and www.dot.ca.gov for the latest weather and highway conditions. In October there is always a possibility of cold or wet weather, so please bring layers, waterproof jackets and closed toe shoes.

Do you allow smoking?

Smoking and open flames are prohibited on the property. There will be a designated area for vapor cigarettes only, outside of the main building once the challenges are complete. This event is located in the San Bernardino National Forest, in a high fire danger area. We regret that guests found smoking must be asked to vacate the facility.

What should I bring?

Sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, warm layered or waterproof clothing and closed toe shoes fit for forest terrain. A full packing list will be sent to ticket holders.

Do you have wireless Internet access?

Yes, we have Wi-Fi in our main lodge and other buildings.
